What is your return policy and how do I initiate a return?
If you have any issues with your item(s), whether it doesn't fit or you’ve simply changed your mind, we offer a 10 day ‘from date of receipt’ exchange/return policy. Once your order has passed the 10 days mark, this policy does not apply to your order any longer. The item(s) must be in the exact condition as received with all tags.
We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the item(s). Please ensure all returned items are well packed, so as not to be damaged in the post. We strongly encourage our customers to send returns by a tracked and insured service such as UPS or Fedex as ST. GENEVIEVE will not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
For returns, we will inspect the item(s) upon arrival and process the refund within 1-3 working days. This will be minus any postage charges. Please allow any refund, time to show up in your account or on your card; it typically takes 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement but can vary based on the credit card company.
Returns outside of the 10-day period may be offered an exchange or credit.
How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
Once an item is received and processed, the refunded amount can take up to a week to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, which includes "samples" and sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to a week for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
